After deciding to play the night before, Palisadian Will Bantle and his partner Rob Mullahey of Manhattan Beach who won the 16s division last Saturday at a California Beach Volleyball Association tournament at Will Rogers State Beach.

Bantle, who grew up honing his skills at Sinjin Smith’s Beach Volleyball Camp, traveled to Acapulco, Mexico with the USA U-17 national team for the FIBV International Beach championships.
Will’s older brother Jackson teamed with Branden Clemens to go undefeated in pool play and finished fifth at a men’s open event in San Diego. Jackson is on the USA’s U-21 Junior national squad.
