Anthony Marguleas of Amalfi Estates Ranked Top Realtor In Pacific Palisades

With over $110 million in annual sales, Anthony Marguleas of Amalfi Estates was ranked as the top Realtor in Pacific Palisades by REAL Trends as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.

The publications also ranked Marguleas among America’s top 100 real estate professionals nationwide.

This is the second time Marguleas has been chosen for “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications.  Marguleas is now ranked in the top one-tenth of 1 percent of the more than 1,100,000 Realtors nationwide.

The announcement of The Thousand real estate professionals was made on June 26, 2015. The top 250 residential agents and agent teams are honored for excellence in four separate categories: Individual Sales Professionals (Sales volume), Individual Sales Professionals (Transaction sides), Team Professionals (Sales volume) and Team Professionals (Transaction sides).

According to The Thousand, Marguleas had annual sales volume totaling more than $110 million, ranking him #1 among Palisades-based Realtors and #100 in the nation.

“Marguleas’ award-winning efforts were nothing short of phenomenal considering the recovering real estate market,” said Steve Murray, founder of Denver-based publishing and communications company REAL Trends, which compiled the list.

“Becoming a member of such an elite group as The Thousand is an incredible accomplishment in any market, but what Marguleas did during these challenging times is impressive on so many levels,” said Marti Gallardo, vice president of classified advertising for The Wall Street Journal. “His efforts topped 99.99 percent of the more than 1,100,000 Realtors nationwide.”

The rankings are compiled based on surveys from virtually every national and branded network, many state and local associations of Realtors, Multiple Listing Services, all applicants from past years’ rankings and the 900 largest brokerage firms in the United States.
