The town’s ninth annual wine-tasting event, produced by the Pacific Palisades Optimist Foundation and co-sponsored by the Optimist Club and the Palisades Chamber of Commerce, will be held from 1:30 to 5 p.m. this Saturday, April 20 at the Palisades Lutheran Church, 15905 Sunset. Free parking is available via the church driveway off El Medio.
The festivities will feature 26 wineries from the Central Coast and beyond (including hometown Pali Wine Co.), plus a wide assortment of hors d’oeuvres from Sodexo, the national catering firm. Winery owners will be in attendance to answer questions.
Proceeds will help provide local college scholarships awarded by the Pacific Palisades Optimist Foundation, and will also support the Chamber’s activities.
