Musician Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo listed their 10-bedroom, 14-bath home in Pacific Palisades for sale for $57.5 million.
The couple purchased the estate in 2019 from divorced couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for $32 million—Affleck and Garner previously purchased the property in 2009 for $17.6 million.
The residence was built and designed by architect Cliff May in the late 1930s.
It features three separate structures, which have been remodeled by “one of the top design teams in the world with the highest level of quality, design, and style,” according to Redfin. Levine and Prinsloo remodeled the spread with Hollywood-based, mother-and-son duo Clements Design, and landscape architect Mark Rios.
The 9,000-square-foot main house holds five bedrooms and eight bathrooms and sits at the end of a long driveway in the Riviera neighborhood. The home has plaster walls, natural light wood floors and high ceilings.
There is also a four-bedroom guest house with a full kitchen, living and dining areas, an office and gym.
Additional amenities include a Dolby Digital theater, gourmet kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator, and a bedroom suite which features a large dual walk-in closet, complete with a sunlit bathroom, double-shower and glam-dressing area.
Outdoors, the residence boasts grassy lawns and walking paths, a basketball court and chicken coop. There is a platform to enjoy views that span from the Pacific Ocean to Downtown Los Angeles, a resort-like pool and spa, and a sunken conversation pit centered around a fire-pit.
The listing describes it as a “truly … once in a generation opportunity.”
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency holds the listing, and the Palisades home is shown to pre-qualified clients only, according to Redfin.
