Eight teenagers took the stage at Palisades Charter High School on Wednesday, April 26 for the Palisadian-Post’s annual Teen Contest, charming, dazzling and surprising the Mercer Hall audience with an extraordinary array of talents.
The audience was also treated to cupcakes, thanks to Hello Honey, and mocktails, thanks to This Girl Walked Into a Bar, and a special performance by Wesley Stromberg of pop sensation Emblem3.
The evening was skillfully hosted by Matthew Meyer, reporter at the Post, and, at the end of a glorious, fast-paced evening, the winners were revealed as two PaliHi students: Daniel Allen and Maude Tipton, who are set to become familiar around town as Mr. and Miss Teen Palisades 2017.
