Having already made the All-Western League first team, Palisades High volleyball captains Jason Wittbrodt and Vecas Lewin received an even more prestigious honor after leading the Dolphins to the City Section Division I finals.
Wittbrodt (a senior outside hitter) and Lewin (a senior middle blocker) were named to the All-City first team while Pali High freshman setter Marcus Partain and freshman outside hitter Akhil Tangutur made the All-City second team.
Senior Alvin Chea from City champion El Camino Real was named Division I Player of the Year and Conquistadores Coach Alyssa Lee was named Division I Coach of the Year.
Palisades went undefeated in the Western League, was the No. 1 seed in the playoffs and finished 33-6.
