Julia Roberts, who has ties to the Palisades, did a hilarious promo for her latest film with co-star George Clooney when they performed ‘car karaoke’ with Palisadian James Corden of The Late, Late Show. Roberts plays television show producer Patty Fenn in “Money Monster” opening Friday, May 13. Roberts plays alongside TV host Lee Gates, portrayed by Clooney, as a disgruntled investor takes the show and everyone in the studio hostage. The crime thriller is directed by Jodie Foster and also stars Jack O’Connell.
