The property at 17346 Sunset Blvd. that formerly housed Jack in the Box will be on the block at real estate auction website Ten-x.com from April 19 to 21. The starting bid for the 1,860 square-foot building is set at $1 million.
The location neighbors Vons at Pacific Coast Highway and features a drive-thru. It was originally built in 1972 and has been empty since Jack in the Box vacated its lease last September.
