Calvary Christian School’s 7th-grade boy’s volleyball team won the Pacific Basin League title last week, defeating Brentwood School in the championship match at Willows.
The Cougars trailed 10-5 in the third and decisive set but relied on strong serving to rally for their second consecutive title. Coached by Chris Baele and Karen Renner, the team consisted of Parker Barnes, Theodore Bradstreet, Stuart Brien, Chase Kelly, Andrew Outcalt, Ben Reasner, Andrew Shiminovsky, Christopher Stimming and Garrett Von Konynenberg.
