FC Pali, a local AYSO boys U10 Extra team, went undefeated on its way to winning last weekend’s Copa Cabana Beach Soccer Tournament at Santa Monica State Beach, outscoring its opponents 42-1.

Coached by Eric Winthrop and Joe Walsh, the team beat Del Piccolo 13-0, Saints 14-1, Real United 7-0 and Del Piccolo again 8-0. FC Pali consisted of Barney Lanning, Blake Pecsok, Dylan Walsh, Ethan Jefferson, Evan Stokdyk, Giovanni Ferrero, Joshua Hananel, Max North, Nathan Winthrop and Sammy Sachs.
It was FC Pali’s final tournament of the season, capping a successful run in which the team took home four championships in its last 7 tournaments.
