Allied Artists of the Santa Monica Mountains and Seashore will have a Paint-Out on Saturday, July 13, starting at 9:30 a.m. at Tapia Park.
A favorite of many of our artist members, this is a lovely multi-faceted, tree-filled park, nestled in the hills near Malibu Creek State Park. New or experienced artists, working in any media, are invited to join in the capture of so much natural beauty in the Santa Monica Mountains.
To reach the park from Pacific Coast Highway, travel north on Malibu Canyon Road and after the tunnel, look for the Tapia entrance on left. There is a parking fee. Meet in the parking area under the red flag.
