1. They are illegal.
2. They blow dust, dirt and leaves into the street/storm drain.
3. Ten minutes of use blasts out the same exhaust as driving to San Diego.
There is NO NEED to blow your leaves. If you must, use an electric blower and consider having the gardener come once every 2 weeks.
Now that I’m a senior and I’ve traveled many places in the world, I realize again how beautiful and special the Palisades is.
We are loving the Fiddler on the Lawn concerts. We are so grateful to those artists for sharing their time and talent with the community. It’s really special.
How have you all been surviving this intense heat wave? Really looking forward to some cooler weather!!!
There’s always something to look forward to when I read through the paper, plenty of Palisadians often organize or do something for the greater good. A thank you to the community for all that you do!
Thank You II
Reading all these stories about teens helping others is very heart-warming. Keep up the great work, Palisades teens!
I never get over the beauty and calm of the Palisades, sometimes I even drive up PCH to clear my head during these weird times. I hope everybody’s taking personal time and good care of themselves.
