Will Rogers
As a frequent visitor of Will Rogers Beach, I can understand the local resistance to setting up a homeless camp there, but I have not read about a better alternative place to house the homeless in the Palisades.
Faces
It’s so wonderful to not have to wear a mask while shopping in the Palisades now! I am so thrilled to see others’ faces and to finally let people see I’m smiling at them.
Masks
Are masks going to be required for children when they return to school? It’s hard to tell where we’ll be by then.
Vegan
So excited for this weekend’s vegan food festival! I hope the community can come out and support.
Fireworks
Friendly reminder, now that we know fireworks are returning to the Palisades this year: It’s important to make arrangements for our furry friends, especially on the Fourth of July. For all of those who got a pandemic puppy, this might be their first experience with a long-lasting fireworks show, so please be cautious and make sure they are feeling safe and secure.
Father’s Day
I loved reading the Father’s Day messages. There are some special Dads out there in the Palisades, and so nice we take the time to celebrate that.
Graduation Day
You can see the smiling faces of students on Graduation Day, even below the masks!! Congratulations to all and so happy to see in-person ceremonies.
‘Luca’
We watched “Luca” last night, featuring a famous Palisadian. Very cute, I recommend it for a family-friendly watch.
Family Wealth
The article in last week’s Post by Gary Liska touched on some important things that not many families think about. It is crucial to talk about money, it really helps when it comes to making decisions, especially after someone passes. Thank you to Gary for shedding light on this.
