The Palisades-Malibu YMCA and Palisades Optimist Club will co-host their 41st annual youth track meet on Sunday, April 28 at Palisades High’s stadium. The event, which is open to everyone ages three to 15, will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Cost of participation is $25, and late registration beginning April 23 through event day is $30. Each participant will receive a special track meet t-shirt, and every boy and girl will be eligible for their respective track and field events.
All individuals will win multiple ribbons, and the events are designed to build self-confidence and improve physical conditioning. Kids will also have an opportunity to learn Olympic field events.
