Bella Poarch—known for her rise to fame on TikTok and subsequent music career—has joined the Pacific Palisades community after purchasing a cozy, mid-century home in April for $4.3 million, according to a report by Dirt.
Built in 1959, the private estate sits on an expansive, nearly 30,000-square-foot lot in Marquez Knolls, surrounded by nature: According to the listing, over 800 varieties of plants and trees inhabit the space.
“The winding paths contain sculptures throughout and have several sitting areas where you can take in the serene natural garden, which inspired a book written about the landscaping,” the listing boasted. “The home is not visible from the street so this is truly a hidden estate in seemingly a far-away setting, but only minutes to the Palisades Village.”
Poarch’s Palisades property features a main house, guest house, garden full of pathways and waterfall, pool, and two-car garage.
Entering the home requires a walk through eight-foot double doors—enveloped by stained glass windows—which lead to an “impressive” entryway, spacious living room and sitting room, equipped with a fireplace.
The dining room is situated to the left of the entryway, connected to the kitchen—which features marbled countertops with hues of gold and green.
The main house holds two guestrooms, with a primary bedroom that includes two walk-in closets, a fireplace, a green mosaic tile bathroom and a sitting room that provides access to the pool and yard.
A two-room Japanese-style guesthouse sits across the lagoon-style swimming pool, and features a full bathroom, private deck and peek-a-boo ocean views.
“[The] property, which doesn’t come along often … is ideal for nature lovers, creatives and those seeking a refuge from a busy city lifestyle,” the listing read.
Poarch, who rose to fame in 2020 after posting to TikTok, currently has 92.7 million followers and over two billion likes. The 26-year-old was the winning bidder of the Marquez home, purchasing it for $4.3 million on April 6—$400,000 over the initial asking price.
Margaux Glaser of Compass held the listing, while Kerry Hogan and Jeeb O’Reilly of AKGRE represented the buyer.
