Not even the rain could dampen the enthusiasm or spoil the fun Saturday afternoon at the Palisades Tennis Center, where pro players Mardy Fish, Sam Querrey and Bradley Klahn hit with local kids and played an exhibition under the tented Courts 1 and 2.
Called “Super Saturday,” the event was hosted by Wayne Bryan, father of Mike and Bob Bryan (the most successful doubles team in history) and featured food trucks, a live DJ and discounts on LiveBall and Summer Camps.
Fish retired after the 2015 U.S. Open and is now captain the U.S. Davis Cup team. Querrey holds the record for consecutive service aces in a match with 10. Klhan was an NCAA champion at Stanford and turned pro in 2012.
