Southbound PCH Closed Near Incline

Update, 2:24 p.m.: All lanes of PCH have been reopened following this morning’s collision and closure.

Southbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway are shut down at the California Incline until further notice due to a multi-vehicle collision first reported at 10:40 a.m. Northbound lanes remain open but delays are expected.
