Bob Benton, the longtime Commissioner of the Pacific Palisades Baseball Association, has announced that registration is now open for the 2021 spring season.
Player evaluations are Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14 on the Field of Dreams at the Palisades Recreation Center. Practices will begin in March, one month later than usual. The PPBA has been providing baseball instruction to youth of Pacific Palisades, Brentwood and Santa Monica since 1954. The PPBA is a volunteer organization with teams coached by parents (no paid coaching). It is not a club.
Boys and girls ages 7 to 14 as of August 31, 2021 (born on or after May 1, 2006 and on or before August 31, 2014) are invited to participate in one of four age divisions: Pinto (ages 7-9), Mustang (ages 9-10), Bronco (ages 11-12) and Pony (ages 13-14). The fee is $450 per player and the registration deadline is Feb. 15.
