For those seeking a home with the celebrity lifestyle, this might be just the ticket. Former American football running back Reggie Bush and his wife Lilit Avagyn are asking $9,995,000 for their home in the Marquez Knolls area of Pacific Palisades.

Back on the market after five years, the lavish home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, and an interior space of 7,500 square feet. The modern architecture combines glass, stone and polished wood to create a modern oasis. Situated on a hillside, it offers panoramic ocean and city views, and boasts a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow.

The two-story house is ready to go with a contemporary dining room, a living room with blackout blinds that change it into a home theater, an office, a gym, a kitchen with skylights containing a wide island/bar that opens to the family room, along with a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

The master bedroom has a wrap-around terrace, fireplace and spa-like bathroom with two sinks.

The outdoor design is ideal for entertaining guests or a private respite, complete with an infinity swimming pool and spa, a deck and lounge area with fire pit, a built-in barbecue, an exterior dining area.

Bush, 34, played college football for the Trojans at the University of Southern California. In 2005, he garnered All-American honors and won the Heisman Trophy (until forfeited later).

He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints second overall in the 2006 NFL draft. Bush also played for the Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions, San Francisco 49ers and Buffalo Bills during the course of his 11-year professional career. He retired in 2017.
