The Pacific Palisades Community Council has set up an eight-person land use committee to examine home building zones while ensuring that Palisadians do not lose out as the city of Los Angeles rationalizes codes dating back to the 1940s. It will be chaired by Howard Robinson of Marquez Knolls.
It’s a tricky technical task: The city has just reissued its August 2016 Pacific Palisades Town Plan after having to fix some printing errors that could have caused disarray among homeowners.
