Detroit Pistons Vice Chairman Arn Tellem is searching for a tenant to rent his Pacific Palisades home for $40,000 per month.

The Riviera property is described as grassy and tree-filled—and contains a nearly 9,000-square-foot home, putting green, and lagoon-style pool and spa.

“Beautiful ranch style traditional home,” the listing boasts. “The magnificent estates includes a beautiful enchanted yard, almost 27,000 square feet with waterfall pool … it’s the ultimate retreat in one of LA’s best neighborhoods.”

Inside features pitched ceilings, lined with hardwood and triangular exposed beams, which draw the eye to living spaces, including the foyer, family room and living room.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom furnished home, built in 1950, includes a formal dining room and a window-filled gym. The backside of the home is lined with French doors, which lead out to a stone patio.

The listing is held by Ryan Davis with Compass.

From 1981 to 2015, Tellem was known as a sports agent who represented basketball and baseball players, including Kobe Bryant, Anthony Davis and Reggie Miller. He was vice chairman of the Wasserman Media Group, a global sports and entertainment marketing agency.
