As the last outdoor movie shows at the Palisades Recreation Center this Saturday, the words “Let it go” will be floating through the park as a gentle prod to attendees to let the last bits of summer go.
The highly praised animated musical “Frozen” will close out the 2016 Movies in the Park season. The story focuses on sisterly love and accepting uniqueness in others, while coupled with magic and endless snow.
In addition to the screening, a costume contest will be held during the movie giving children and adults a chance to enter into a raffle and win prizes.
The screening begins at 5 p.m. and is free to the public.
