The Palisades High football team had its first full pads practice Saturday at Stadium by the Sea and head coach Tim Hyde liked what he saw. Players were eager to start hitting and were put through a series of drills designed to improve their conditioning, reflexes and technique.
The Dolphins are hard at work preparing for their season opener August 28 at Granada Hills High against Sierra Canyon of the Southern Section’s Mid-Valley Division (X).
“After two weeks [of practice] we’re far from where we need to be, but this team comes to work and learn everyday,” Hyde said.
