The Westside Chapter of the National Charity League hosted a Senior Recognition Dinner-Dance at The Ritz Carlton in Marina del Rey on Saturday, March 11. The graduating Class of 2023, which includes residents of Pacific Palisades, was honored and recognized for their leadership development, cultural activities and philanthropy services they completed in the six-year, mother-daughter program—including garnering more than 1,000 philanthropy hours.
Corpus Christi School hosted its annual Emerald Soirée at the end of March at The Riviera Country Club.
Attendees were invited to bring their surf and skateboards to Paliskates on Saturday, March 25, for artist Torquato to sign with his signature character. Festivities included art, music, ice cream and pizza.
“Palisades Pizza and Sure Good Soft Serve were serving up slices, swirly cones and milkshakes while Pali local, DJ Sneech, was setting the vibe,” Paliskates Marketing Media Manager Amanda Fonger said. “Quite a few Red Sox and Pirates headed over from the Pacific Palisades baseball fields to enjoy the music, art and ice cream.”
Elizabeth Lamont hosted a Wedding Registry Event at the start of April at its flagship store on Sunset Boulevard. Representatives from the wedding industry—including Vietri, Simon Pearce, Skyros, Casafina, Julie Pryor, Flowers by Wisteria Lane and Tori Springer—were on hand to share their “expert advice” and answer questions.
