“This autobiographical exhibition with an accompanying publication explores the artist’s first 50 years,” according to a statement from Getty, “which were marked by dramatic upheavals in her personal life as well as the development of her most pioneering works, including her Xerox art and radical early performances.”
A preview of the exhibition took place on Monday, February 27, ahead of its opening on February 28.
