Palisadian actress, author and fashion mogul Kate Hudson joined friend and local jewelry designer (and soon-to-be Palisades Village tenant) Jennifer Meyer on stage for an intimate conversation at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica on Monday, Oct. 30.
Hosted by Live Talks LA, Hudson discussed her new book “Pretty Fun: Creating and Celebrating a Lifetime of Tradition,” and candidly shared stories about motherhood and throwing memorable holiday parties in Pacific Palisades.
Hudson, who recently cut her long, blonde tresses into a cropped pixie for her role in Sia’s upcoming directorial debut, “Sister,” resides in her childhood home in The Riviera—a place that she told audience-goers houses fond memories of mother Goldie Hawn’s annual Thanksgiving Day feasts.
