Blueprints to replace a former Jack in the Box restaurant at 17346 Sunset Blvd., next to Subway, with a five-story mixed use building have been filed with city planners. The project will include 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and, above that, 44 dwelling units, including three studios, 36 one-bedroom units and five two-bedroom units. Two of the dwelling units are income-restricted affordable units.
