The highest-priced house for sale in Pacific Palisades is a Riviera property with ties to the Milken family, listed at $64 million.
It is reported to feature a 13,000-square-foot main estate and 3,000-square-foot guest house, sprawled across 1.13 acres.
The main house boasts six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, with an open layout and French doors, wood built-ins and coffered ceilings.
Meanwhile, the guest house has two bedrooms and four bathrooms—one of which holds a Japanese spa soaking tub.
“The most spectacular estate in the premier section of the Palisades … with the most incredible views of any home on the Westside,” the listing stated. “This is one of the greatest estates in Los Angeles.”
Additional amenities include a professional media room, two studies, a game room that leads to the backyard, two playrooms, a large kitchen and family room, and more, according to the listing. On the lower level, an 800-square-foot gym allows residents to get a workout in and enjoy the surrounding views.
The estate was last sold to Managing Director of March Capital Partners Gregory Milken in 2009 for $14.5 million. Fourteen years later, the $64 million mark-up makes the home one of the most expensive properties in the Palisades.
Fred Bernstein of the Westside Estate Agency holds the current listing.
After falling out of escrow on a Rustic Canyon home, it was reported by TMZ that Jennifer Lopez and longtime Palisadian Ben Affleck fell out of escrow for a second time on the Riviera home.
Affleck sold his previous Palisades home for $28.5 million in October 2022. He listed the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home for $29.9 million.
The original Rustic Canyon home Affleck and Lopez were in escrow for is described as a “Hamptons-esque,” even-bedroom, 13-bathroom property that was built in 2022 and sits on one acre of land. Since falling out of escrow on the $64 million Riviera property, the couple is reportedly looking at homes in Holmby Hills, according to TMZ.
