Palisades High alumnus and former NFL offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz is enjoying life after football. Despite having retired from the game he loves he is enjoying his “second career” as a league analyst and podcaster. His “The Big Boys Club—Draft Academy”aired April 27 and drew rave reviews.
That same day, Schwartz made an appearance on Colin Cowherd’s “The Herd” show for a 15-minute segment. Throughout the 2020 season Schwartz guest-hosted a football/ betting show on FoxSports.com called “Talk the Line,” which was also well received. Schwartz was also invited to Fox Studios to be one of the contributors to Fox’s “Draft Party”—a team of analysts who discussed and dissected every first round pick in this year’s NFL Draft.
Schwartz won the Post Cup Award as the outstanding senior athlete at Palisades High. His younger brother Mitchell also played for the Dolphins and helped Kansas City win Super Bowl LIV in February 2020.
