Representatives for Chipotle Mexican Grill, which opened at 15207 Sunset Blvd. earlier this year, will address the Pacific Palisades Community Council on Thursday, July 13, seeking its support for a beer and wine license.
Chipotle is the latest local business seeking to sell alcohol in advance of next summer’s opening of the Palisades Village project, which is expected to have between seven and 10 restaurants selling beer and possibly liquor.
The most recent applicant is Kay ‘n Dave’s Cantina, also on Sunset, opposite the Caruso site, which appears to be attracting community support for plans to reopen after last year’s fire with a full liquor license—so they can sell margaritas.
