Two stores have welcomed customers at their Palisades Village shops starting in April: Brunello Cucinelli and Veronica Beard.
Offering clothing for both men and women, Brunello Cucinelli is an Italian fashion brand that was founded in 1978 in the medieval village of Solomeo, Italy. The brand is “dedicated to creating ‘Made in Italy’ products, rooted in modern design, quality and craftsmanship.”
Brunello Cucinelli specializes in fine cashmere and has grown its collection to a full line of ready-to-wear clothing and accessories, “embodying the true ultimate luxury lifestyle.”
The store, which opened on April 11, is located along Swarthmore, next-door to Vince.
Veronica Beard, founded by sister-in-law duo Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard, opened on April 5.
“We found ourselves at family gatherings talking about our new favorite designers, must-have piece and styling tricks,” the Veronicas explained to the Palisadian-Post ahead of the store opening. “We both quickly realized there was a void in the market for clothing that you could live in. We set out to change that and create the perfect uniform for women: elevated, sexy and chic.
“When we launched in 2010, we focused on perfecting the jacket and from there, started creating the pieces that we were on the hunt for—a chic top, a cool pair of jeans, and it just grew organically from there.”
The brand recently launched extended sizing, offering sizes 00 to 24 at the Palisades Village store.
The Palisades iteration marks the sixth retail store for the Veronica Beard brand. The store is located at the corner of Swarthmore and Monument, next to Alo Yoga.
Remaining storefronts that are slated to open soon at the development include Alfred Coffee, Brandy Melville, City National Bank, Erewhon Market, Buck Mason and Madewell.
