Developer Rick Caruso will be bringing a movie theater, a specialty grocer, underground parking, a landscaped park and more to the Palisades Village, he announced to the Pacific Palisades community this evening at a public meeting at Palisades Charter High School.
Caruso, who finalized his purchase on Nov. 25, also announced that demolition and environmental remediation work will begin Monday, Dec. 8.
See renderings of Caruso’s Palisades Village project and find out when it will open, if he’ll be tearing down the existing structures, which historic Palisades landmark will be making a comeback, how many screens the movie theater will house, what’s happening to the current parking lot, how big the grocery store will be and who the possible grocers are, whether Swarthmore will become a pedestrian street and much more in this week’s issue of the Palisadian-Post, which is being published tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 5.
