Developer Rick Caruso has revealed exclusively to the Palisadian-Post that McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams of Santa Barbara will be setting up shop in the Palisades Village development. McConnell’s will be providing free samples to the community on the 4th of July – to find out where as well as the timing for their new Palisades Village store opening, pick up a copy of tomorrow’s Palisadian-Post.
