The Palisades Cares’ Annual Toy Drive is in full swing this holiday season with donations already piling in by the dozens.
The local nonprofit is encouraging Palisadian families to purchase new toys and books for low-income and homeless children aided by One Voice-LA and School on Wheels.
Palisades Cares’ toy suggestions include sports equipment, puzzles, stuffed animals, skateboards, dolls, arts and craft kits, play dough, remote-control cars, board games, Legos or other blocks, musical toys, electronic toys with batteries, jewelry, makeup and gift cards.
Donations can be brought to the Palisades CVS, Regal Cleaners, Palisades Malibu YMCA and Vittorios’ Ristorante by Saturday, Dec. 16.
