Adam Levine put down $32 million for the former family home of Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck in Pacific Palisades.
The purchase of the three-building, 16,000-square-foot compound was finalized at the end of 2018. The main residence features nearly 8,800 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The Riviera property includes a pool with an open-air cabana and basketball court. A second structure features a gym, art studio and more—all surrounded with lush greenery.
The sale was done privately with Kurt Rappaport representing Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, according to TMZ. This is not the first time Rappaport has helped Levine buy a home: In 2017, Levine purchased an estate in Holmby Hills for $18 million with Rappaport representing him.
David Offer represented Affleck and Garner.
Garner and Affleck originally purchased the home from producer Brian Grazer in 2009 for $17.5 million, and continued to live on the property when they first separated. Affleck, who stayed in the two-bedroom, three-bath guest house, eventually purchased a $19 million estate to stay nearby Garner and their children.
