Last season, the Palisades High varsity football team crashed Harvard-Westlake’s homecoming party with a shocking 45-18 victory. The teams meet again tonight at Stadium by the Sea and the Dolphins will try to slow an offense averaging 42 points in its last three games.
“Fastest team we’ve played,” Pali High Coach Tim Hyde said. “It’s like preparing to play Oregon and the no-huddle. They are explosive on offense and their defense will bring pressure on every down. It’ll be a great challenge for us. I’ve had two parents here in town tell me they’re going to beat us because we beat them last year.”
The JV game kicks off at 4 p.m., followed by the varsity at 7.
